Whangaparaoa Autocentre

These people will absolutely take you for a ride. We were with them for a few years with our BMW and blindly trusted everything they said. We took our BMW to them for a WOF in 2025. Our WOF got rejected and we got told we need new brakes potentially. They informed us it would be a few hundred dollars to check and could potentially cost thousands to replace. We decided to shop around and took our car elsewhere for the WOF. We got informed the brakes are perfectly fine and $50 later we got a WOF elsewhere. To make matters worse they changed us a $100 labour fee just to put oil in our car....more than our WOF at the other place. This is only the tip of the iceberg!!! Our BMW had to had coils replaced by them before. We had Autosure insurance so never questioned their quotes. We got quoted $2500 per coil!!!!! Now that our Autosure expired another coil broke. We don't have $2500 this time around so went to the place that did our WOF, they charged us $260 per coil!!!! 10x less than Whangaparāoa Auto. Be careful with this place. They BS on prices!!!!!
