The team today were so kind and professional during my annual service. Everything was explained thoroughly when I dropped my car off, a courtesy car was provided, and when additional work was needed, they called for approval and clearly advised the cost rather than having it added on at the end. I’d also like to make a special mention of Mark. He made a real effort at pick-up to walk me through everything they had done and talk through the overall condition of my car - something I haven’t experienced before with a service. I left feeling like they genuinely took the time to ensure I understood everything and felt confident about my car. As someone who doesn’t necessarily know a lot about cars and can sometimes feel overwhelmed in these situations, I really appreciated the way everything was explained clearly and respectfully. It’s refreshing to deal with a company that is upfront, transparent, and honest. Thank you, team!
