A series of unfortunate occurrences prevented us from being able to change our own punctured tyre, on Ruakaka Beach Road yesterday. NZI Roadside Rescue summoned WBS for some reason (a Whangarei or Waipu service would have been nearer) but Nathan was worth the wait. His social skills matched his mechanical know-how, and he speedily sorted out the problems. I hope that his firm is fully appreciative of him.
