  I walked in to get my vehicle rego label, filled out the form, waited in the queue for my turn and received the label within five minutes. The whole process was extremely quick and easy. 👍

  This was the longest WOF experience I’ve ever had. I waited two hours during working hours after being told at reception the maximum wait would be one hour. Time means nothing to this place. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning. There are plenty of other places to take my car.

  Poor service trying to arrange my test for motorcycle learners license. I came at midday to enquire about how to book for the test. First she rolled her eyes and rudely told me I had to do the form and basic handling skills first (I had already completed those components and had the documents handy) and then she told me I was too late, and had to come back in the morning. Fine. Returned the following morning only to be told they didn’t have enough staff so weren’t doing licensing that day. The best thing they did was tell me to try AA Mt Roskill because I actually got good service there.

  I agree with R M, who posted a negative review recently. I had the same experience when renewing my WOF. After my inspection failed, I was finger-wagged over like a dog. A staff member from another room stepped directly into my path in the hallway, then looked at me as if I was at fault? Once outside, the mechanics reacted with visible snarls and disgust over a single fault on the car. The attitude was completely unnecessary and made the process uncomfortable, but like why? A routine WOF shouldn’t feel hostile. Just tell customers the faults, what to fix and have a good day. It's not that deep, mechanics.. The front-desk staff member was helpful and there were no queues. The only reason why it's not a one-star rating.

  This could be the worst wof renew place, there are somethings in my trunk, the inspector just do not tell you and fail you, until I know there is an item that may fail me just due to something in the car and they do not tell you, unprofessional like this, i need to return for rechecking at the same day. and they do not even feel sorry for that. And the manager even said" you still got other items to fix" as excuse that it is not a problem. They are strict on Wof inspection, but never be strict in their service. Never go to their shop again. Also the inception is chaotic, even no body answer your phones whe you make bookings for rechecking.
