Probably the best service I've ever received from an Auto business. Finian went out of his way helping me with a small part I needed for my old BMW. Great communication along the way. Will definitely be doing more business with this well run company. Highly recommended.

I ordered a replacement door handle part a while back and found Finian excellent to deal with. Helpful, professional, great pricing and super fast delivery. When the other door stopped working I sent an email and the superfast reply had a link to the part I needed, I didn't need to look it up myself which is excellent service. Highly recommend Finian and this company.

Quick responds to emails and also checks the part's compatibility with the car for us, very helpful. The values are pretty good compare to other places.
Would probably buy stuff again from them.

Awesome service and great quality products.
Firstly, i wasn't 100% sure what type of sensor I needed and ended up ordering the wrong one. Before it was dispatched, I got contacted and let know that it was the wrong one. They fully refunded me and sent me a new invoice for the right sensor which they ordered specially in for me.
Within two weeks, I had the sensor in my car and fixed the brake light.
Great service with updates every few days as to what is going on.

My first option when searching for parts for my BMW! A reliable and trustworthy service I 100% recommend. I have used V1 a couple of times now, once for a simple order of an in stock part, which was checked for compatibility with my car - an critical step often overlooked by others - and once for a part not listed on the site which was worked on day and night to get it right part in for me.
