I honestly can’t thank Harry (Harjas) enough — he was my lifesaver today. I came in with a serious tyre issue from a rental car, and he immediately took the time to carefully examine all the tyres. He quickly noticed that they were already in very poor condition and clearly unsafe to drive. Instead of just fixing the immediate problem, he genuinely cared about my safety and advised that all tyres needed attention. He then went above and beyond: he directed me to contact the rental company, lent me his own phone to make the call, and after I explained the situation, he personally spoke with them to convince them to approve replacing all four tyres so I could drive safely. This is the kind of help you rarely experience — knowledgeable, honest, incredibly kind, and truly looking out for people. Harry is not only very experienced, but also a really good soul. I’m extremely grateful for his help today. Highly, highly recommended.

Not the greatest experience. I went here to have a hybrid battery replacement done. I had called the week prior and had a quote over the phone of $400. My partner took the car in on Saturday to see if the work could be done then, which it couldn't as the mechanic doesn't work Saturdays (fair enough). Though during this visit she was talked to very condesendingly and left quite frustrated. We then dropped the car off on Monday morning to have the replacement done and I was told I would receive a phone call to confirm the price. It got to 3pm with no call, so I thought I better drop in to see what was happening. They told me they had thought I had been called and approved everything and the work was going ahead, which was now $90 more than the phone quote. So with the poor customer service on the Saturday and missing the vital part of confirming the quote before works, it has to be a low rating unfortunately.

Had a great service today, 4x tyres and a wheel alignment for my work ute. Nice friendly staff and job completed on time.

Went in for a consult on the state of my tyres. Advised they need to be replaced and clearly explained why. Offered discount on retail price and said they could do it today within a few hours. I said I needed the car back by 2.45 for school pickup and they delivered. Great service - did what they said they would at a good price.

Went in to Tony’s Tyres Wellington for a wheel alignment and rotation and couldn’t be happier with the experience. The team were incredibly warm and welcoming from the moment I arrived. They were genuine, friendly people who clearly know their stuff. They offered great advice, took the time to explain what they were doing, and made the whole visit feel easy and enjoyable. You can tell they really care about their customers. Highly recommend the Wellington crew, great service, great chat, and them wheels is spinning fine!
