I broke my back window on the weekend and i came in the Monday morning to just clean evrything and get something temporay. But instead one the guy get his car and go take a new glass window. Everything was change very fast in the morning. Cound't ask for more they were so nice

NOVUS North Shore replaced my front windscreen efficiently and thoroughly. My vehicle was available after the completion of the job sooner than I’d expected.
The staff are friendly, helpful and have a great sense of humour.
A really good company to deal with , in my book.

Fantastic service! Maraea, John and their team was super helpful, patient and efficient.
The backdoor window on my car is not a standard window and was difficult to source, unless I went to the dealer directly (at a hefty price). The Novus team assisted with my insurance claim, sourcing the required unit, and doing a fantastic install job. I was kept up to date at all times.

We visited today to have our car’s front windscreen fully replaced. The job took around 4–5 hours, which was quicker than expected. Overall, the service was very good and efficient.
The only minor issue was that some tiny glass fragments were left around the dashboard and steering wheel area, requiring extra cleaning after we picked up the car. However, this wasn't a big deal.
