Had my WOF done with Hamish at Lyall Bay service centre. He listened and gave me options to choose from for the specific job that was needed. Took my car for a WOF on a Tuesday before Easter weekend and didn't get it back till late the following Tuesday. On top of all that, they charged me $1296.63 - they never once let me know it would cost that much. I feel I got ripped off. They kept saying parts they ordered hadn't arrived, but never chased it up till I dropped my car back in (as I needed it for the weekend). Had to make multiple trips back and forth with lots of wasted petrol and even an uber trip. Will never use them again.

These guys are absolutely fantastic! Went out of their way to check our car outside of regular business hours. They knew we were just desperate because both our cars are problematic. Despite this, they were very honest with their colleagues and didn't want to take business away from our regular mechanic. No wonder our own mechanic sends business their way for problems they are experts for. I would highly recommend these guys 👍👍👍

Best mechanic in south Wellington. No fuss, honest work, gets things done quick, communicates well and goes the extra mile. Went in to get a WOF repair once and he even went and got my car rechecked and passed for me , legend!
