Highly recommend. I had a major problem with the brakes on my car, so I rang JD Autos and spoke to Dominic and explained the problem. He asked if I could bring it in straight away which I did. He confirmed the problem immediately and explained to me the process to fix it. Doninic gave me a quote which I thought was more than reasonable, he ordered the parts, and I was able to book it in for the very next day. I found Dominic to be very knowledgeable, skilled, courteous and HONEST. The work was completed in just an hour as he had promised. I was very impressed, and what a difference it made! I'm so glad I can enjoy driving my car again, and safely. Thank you so much Dominic, and should my baby need any work on it in the future, I will definitely be back.

Absolutely recommend using the guy for anything mechanical. I found Dominic to be very approachable, well mannered, knowledgeable and honest. He explained the problem I had with the brakes on my car, and explained what needed to be done. The quote came under what I expected and I booked it in for the very next day. 1 hour was all it took, and when I drove it away the difference was amazing. Back to enjoying driving my car again. Now I know where to take my baby if it should need any work in the future. THAN YOU so much Dominic.

Very honest, caring and highly skilled mechanic. He is also very professional with European cars. I am based in Rotorua but will be going here for my VW and Audi from now on. Strongly recommend.

I would highly recommend Dominic from JD Automotive. He is highly skilled and so kind. My poor parents had their camper breakdown halfway to their holiday destination. It is always a bad time to breakdown in peak season but he worked hard to fit them in and got them back up and running. Dominic offered them a space to park up at the front of his workshop and provided them with water and power so they could wait out the time till the part arrived. He was so kind and so nice to do this for them, it allowed them the get back on the road and continue with their Xmas holiday. Nice to see there is people out there willing to help when in a bind. Thanks again Dominic. Wishing you continued success for 2025 and beyond.
