  First service was carried out the other day and was pleased that my experience was so much better that that outlined below. Melissa was great on the quite busy front desk and the service was carried out efficiently and on time. Thanks. First time having to contact the service centre at Christchurch after an MG EV purchase last year with an urgent problem. Couldnt speak to an actual person and left 2 voice mails in a hour period. Eventually got through and spoke to someone only to be referred onto MG Motor Roadside Assist. (They only provide a basic service and will arrange a tow to the workshop if required - will update if it gets any better.)
