Worst service I have ever come across, no updates on my car for over a month they had to send my transmission away for a rebuild , 3 weeks later I had to call them asking what's going on I need a update , where the response was , sorry but the guy who is working on your car is sick so nothing has been done. Terrible service, Im still waiting for my vehicle from 14 May.

Had a Dynamic Stability Control fault on my Territory. Was booked in and dropped off. Completed same day. Happy with the service. Max was great and explained what they did clearly. I was happy with pricing and appreciate the time they spent to get my car ready to hit the road again. Thanks Ford 🤙

Had four new tyres fitted and balanced. The team took care with the rims as I had just had one painted. They did a great job and had great communication and were well organised when I dropped the car off in the morning and then collected it after work. Thanks team!

Wow, WOW, I am BEYOND impressed with my experience here. I’ve been here twice in the past month, the first time for an RX-8 I was selling and today for my personal RX-8. Both times I felt completely assured my vehicle was safely in the hands of professionals. Bruce in particular went above and beyond - he was extra helpful when I was having an issue with the invoice, super helpful and the issue was sorted in minutes. Will definitely be bringing my vehicle in future and suggesting my friends do the same! Thanks heaps 💚
