Excellent service at this Bridgestone. Staff acting in best practice and safety. I was having trouble with my rental car and they were fantastic at talking to them and sorting new tyres.

Duncan and his team, are so patient and helpful. I trust the team 100% with the options, their opinions. As I do not no anything about cars, but they are very honest and quick. I have been going there for years I would not change mechanics.

I have been a loyal customer of this centre for over five years, but the treatment I’ve received over the past two weeks has been nothing short of appalling. What should have been a straightforward request — two front tyres and a wheel alignment — turned into five separate visits. I leave now hoping the work was finally completed properly, but I will not be returning.
Throughout this experience, I was made to feel like a second-class citizen — mocked, spoken down to, and deliberately misled on several occasions, all of which can be substantiated. This kind of behaviour is unacceptable in any setting, but especially disappointing in a close-knit community like ours. We deserve better than businesses that treat people this way.
