I got recommended to this Automotive Aspect (AA) workshop by my son who had a positive experience last October dealing with them. He found then to be honest and very reasonably priced for his car repairs At the beginning of the week I asked for a 4 new tyres quote of a specific brand. The office manager Liz called back later after checking with the workshop manager to advise they could not got the brand I wanted but gave me 3 other equivalent options from low to high. They was no sales pressure and a very pleasant communication over the phone. I tried a couple more outlets for the brand I initially wanted, but in the end AA gave the best price point quote including fitting and wheels alignment. I chose their middle option. Although their workshop was about 30 mins walk to my office, their courteous communication and friendly service staff makes it worthwhile coming to them. Happy with my 4 new tyres. Highly recommended!

Wouldn't recommend, booked on the phone and said I needed a wof and that it would probably need a new tire to pass. They tell me that's fine and book me in. I get the wof and it fails on a tire and they can't fix it because I booked a wof and would need to book again for a tire. Hence why I told them on the phone it would need a new tire (told them the size and everything and they said they had one) so after that they tell me there isn't any availability for the next 3 weeks and now I'm forced to go to another mechanic to get another wof sheet done and actually get the tire put on. Still had to pay 80 dollars for the wof sheet here though (also more than would be typical) hence why I wouldn't bother and would just go somewhere that is a bit more reasonable and honest

Came here for the first time for a well overdue service and wof a couple weeks ago for my Lexus. Staff at the front desk were all so lovely, mechanics were very good at explaining everything, very knowledgeable and trustworthy. Recommend my mum bring her car in for her wof and she was also impressed with the service! Finally found a good mechanic will definitely be back 😁😁

Went here for the first time yesterday for a WOF. All staff were incredibly friendly, they were on time to start and even finished the warrant in half an hour (I'd blocked out an hour). Comfortable waiting area, very transparent, affordable...I'm so happy to have found a decent place I can come back to. Thank you team!

A fantastic mechanic and including the other mechanics of Kemptons!! "Dee" is just fantastic!! her office skills, her hospitality her work ethic you are so lucky to have great staff! You's are my car, truck mechanics now forever, lol!... and I'm keen to spread the news! My daughter Shannon has her truck booked for a service. And I'm telling my other work colleagues and family. very grateful Rawinia (Raa) x
