Had an issue with my car on a Saturday, so I rang Auto Super Shoppe and they said to pop in and they would take a look. Within five minutes of arriving they had the car hooked up to their diagnostic machine and had pinpointed the fault. They fixed it on the spot, charged a really fair price, and made the whole thing stress free. Super helpful team who genuinely went above and beyond. Thank you!

Just got my car fixed. I’m seriously impressed. They always help me get a good deal and make sure they’re ordering premium parts, which I really appreciate. Everything was explained clearly and being a student helped me with a plan. My car drives great again! What really amazed me was how helpful and honest the whole team is. Highly recommend!

I recently had my 2006 Mercedes-Benz S500-Class repaired here due to a radiator fan issue.The car was previously taken to another workshop where the problem was not fixed and I ended up wasting money, so I decided to bring it here instead.The team confirmed the diagnosis, explained the issue clearly, and completed the repair professionally. The work included replacing the radiator fan, bleeding the cooling system, and road testing the vehicle. Since then, everything has been running well.I appreciated that they did not push for unnecessary repairs and respected my decision regarding additional inspections. Communication was generally very good and they were patient throughout the process.I am satisfied with the quality of their work and would recommend them for European car repairs. They are true specialists in European vehicles.

Good communication, and any issues were sorted out promptly. We had all six fuel injectors in our Audi A5 TDI replaced — not a cheap job — and we weren’t sure if we’d walk away happy considering the hefty bill. But once we started the car, it sounded and ran better than when we bought it five years ago. The team was also great to deal with, communicating everything clearly before carrying out any work. Would definitely return for the service alone. Cheers.

An Amazing, amazing team! I communicated often with Phil via phonecall & email & he was so pleasant & easy to deal with. I often get quite anxious dealing with mechanics because I do not understand what I am doing, but the team at Auto Super Shoppe in Hamilton made the journey a breeze..
