Had our car serviced and Warrant of Fitness done here and the service was excellent. Friendly, professional, and took the time to talk me through all the options for remedial work needed. Really appreciated how clear and honest they were — no pressure, just good advice. Prices were very reasonable too. Overall, a great experience and I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!

Had a fantastic experience with these guys. They sorted me out with a loan car which was extremely helpful. Sophie on reception was really lovely and she called me to talk through my options once the car had been looked at. I very much appreciated being given a cheaper option to try! Claudio was lovely and I very much felt like we were in good hands! Would highly recommend to anyone.

Amazing service, starting from the reception. Super professional staff and lovely staff. I am no longer going to my car dealer to service my car, as this one is fantastic and a lot cheaper, also, they don’t try to upsell you, unlike other places. I appreciate the transparency and all the options and price ranges they offer. 10/10 service and super recommended!

Excellent service from Claudio, Sophie and the team at AutoCentre in Johnsonville. I had an engine light come on last week with the suspected issue being a faulty ignition coil. Given it was a week before Christmas, I was sceptical that it could get fixed before the holidays, but I called Claudio, he helped arrange a tow to the garage, checked the car over and advised me of the issue and the fix. He kept me up to date with clear and open communication at every stage, making sure I knew what was happening and asking me if I was happy before proceeding. He was able to fix the issue within a week from getting the car (even having to process an insurance claim), advising of timeframes throughout and meeting every deadline set. He and Sophie on reception were great, super friendly and helpful, clear on costs and what was happening, and really flexible with pick up arrangements. Car is running better than it was when I bought it! I highly recommend AutoCentre and will definitely be using them for my future services. Awesome team! Thanks for your help! Adam
