Awesome service and a very fair mechanic. They truly take good care of your car and ensure everything is handled properly.
The place is neat and comfortable, making it a nice environment to wait in + free coffee. Rob and his team are very friendly and accommodating as well. Communication is easy, and they respond quickly and promptly.

Great Communication and mechanical work! Rob is a great asset to AA and we are fortunate now to have him here up on the Coast! Love the reception/waiting area with a great coffee machine. Have now been here for our Caravan WOF twice and Car WOF and Service. Am an AA member also, so good to get a slight discount! Also happy that they are open on Saturday, good for us who work during the week!

Rob and his team are great to deal with, giving top service and helpful, timely advice. The booking system was quick and easy, communication was excellent, and the service friendly and professional. While my car was in for a Bronze Service I had planned to bus back to Orewa to do some work, in atrocious weather, and Rob made his car available for me to use for the morning. What a top bloke! AA Silverdale is definitely now our first port of call when it comes to getting a WoF or having our cars serviced. I cannot recommend Rob and his crew highly enough!

I can highly recommend this auto repair shop! Even though I had absolutely no idea what was wrong with my car, the owner, Rob, helped me tremendously. He called himself the ‚car doc‘ because non of us knew what was wrong with the car at this moment and tried to figure it out for what felt like an hour, and that description truly fits his work perfectly.
With great expertise, patience, and an absolutely fantastic work ethic, he took care of the issues and explained everything clearly. You can immediately tell that he doesn’t just do his job, but genuinely cares and takes pride in his work.
The service was outstanding, honest, and trustworthy. I am extremely grateful and wish I could express my appreciation with more than just a simple review. This kind of service is truly rare nowadays. Highly recommended!

Coming from the CBD, there are definitely closer places we could go for our WOF but it’s always the care that makes the difference, and AA Silverdale delivers that every time.
No fuss, just quality, honest work from a team you can truly trust. The drive up is actually a bonus! scenic and relaxing and the space itself is roomy and comfortable to lounge in while you wait. Coffee and tea are available, which is such a lovely touch.
Easy booking system, prompt communication, and consistently great service. Highly recommended.
