On holiday in Christchurch. Car had an issue. Popped in to see the mechanic was able to book me in later that day. Communication and service great. Would be local garage if lived in Christchurch. Thanks for your help.

Don’t waste your time or money for WOFs or other repairs. I learned the hard way that I should have stuck to a local independent mechanic. Took van in for a WOF, paid about grand a half for repairs and then had to bring it back in twice because they and/or their contractor had done such a shoddy job. Communications were confusing.

Really great service from the friendly team at AA Lancaster this week. They took the time to understand my needs, were excellent at explaining the work required and they stuck to the timeframe and the budget we discussed. Definitely recommend!

Less chat more do. While it is lovely that your staff take a kind interest in the older generation of customers, today I waited 50 mins in the slowest moving queue of my life while each and every customer was indulged in conversations about everything under the sun except the services we are here to pay for. I sympathize with the loneliness of older people but perhaps a seperate gold card queue should be set up is chit chat about the state of the universe and what you are having for dinner is a new add on you are providing. The rest of us need to get to our next appointment before the ice age returns..

Highly recommend making your appointment with AA Auto Center Christchurch City. The team has been incredibly helpful and kind. My sister and I needed our van serviced and the mechanics got it fixed in no time! For any travellers needing help with their van this is the place to go! Thank you Ana & team for helping us out!
